Everyday shopping is easy with a Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Lidl in Newquay, alongside the small independent shops and bakeries appearing within Nansledan itself. For eating out, the town has everything from fish and chips on the harbour to well-regarded seafood restaurants and beachside bars. Newquay railway station connects to Par and the main line to London Paddington, the A30 is a few minutes away for Truro, Bodmin and Exeter, and Cornwall Airport Newquay is roughly ten minutes by car. The area feels genuinely lived-in year-round rather than purely seasonal.
