The Calderton

The Calderton is a three-bedroom semi-detached home from Miller Homes arranged over three floors, and that extra storey changes how a household can live in it. The top floor becomes a place apart. For a family with a teenager it is a bedroom far enough from everyone else to feel like independence; for a couple it can be a retreat that feels a world away from the morning rush; for regular visitors it is a guest room where they can come and go without disturbing anyone. Semi-detached with three bedrooms is a familiar combination, but spreading it vertically gives each room a little more privacy than a conventional two-storey layout usually allows. It is a clever answer for households who need distance more than they need extra rooms. A home with a floor for everyone who needs one.
