Church Rise

Ipsley is one of Redditch's more established residential pockets, with the historic St Peter's Church giving the area a sense of place. Families are well served by several Ofsted-rated primary schools within a short walk or drive, along with secondary options including Trinity High School and Ipsley CE RSA Academy. Arrow Valley Country Park is the real draw locally — over 900 acres of lakes, woodland and footpaths, ideal for dog walks, running and weekend picnics. For shopping, the Kingfisher Centre in Redditch town centre covers the high street names, while Asda, Tesco and Morrisons handle the weekly shop. There's a decent spread of pubs, Indian restaurants and independent cafés around the town and nearby Studley. Commuters have Redditch railway station with direct cross-city services into Birmingham New Street, plus quick access to the A435 and M42 for Solihull, the NEC and Birmingham Airport.
